CHANGING LIVES, TOGETHER

The St. Johns County Behavioral Health Consortium was created in 2012, and to date, is comprised of over 30 local, nonprofit agencies within Northeast Florida. 

 

The main focus of this consortium is to help increase access to behavioral health services for children, adults and families within St. Johns County. 

We are a group of diverse

social, legal, health

& human service

community stakeholders 

in St. Johns County, Florida.

We work together

to prioritize behavioral health

needs in our area, specifically mental health & substance abuse needs for both adults and children/adolescents.
